After delivery within 2 days the customer should return.

In order to exchange a product, an unboxing video is required

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Items Without Original Packaging: We can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items Showing Signs of Use: Products that show signs of use, wear, washed or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
